Carol Ann Jacobi, 58 A resident of Clifton Heights Carol Ann (nee Presz) Jacobi, 58, died on January 12, 2011 at Kindred Hospice of Havertown. A resident of Clifton Heights, she was born in Drexel Hill. Mrs. Jacobi was a graduate of Upper Darby High School. She was a loving wife, mother and pet owner. Mrs. Jacobi also enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casinos and watching the Phillies. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Caroline Presz. Survivors: Husband John "Jake" Jacobi, sons: Jason (Donna) Jacobi and Kyle Jacobi; brother: Michael Presz. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
