Andrew "Twiggy" Scott - October 25, 2017

Andrew “TWIGGY” Scott, 65, of Aldan, PA, on October 25, 2017, entered eternal life at Veterans Hospice Care surrounded by his life companion Barbara Faulkner and his family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Andrew H. Scott, his mother Eileen L. Somma, his two sisters Mary Law and Joyce Ritter, and his son Christopher Scott. Andrew shared his life with Barbara, along with his son Shawn Scott, his sisters Ellen Frazier, Barbara Carney, Evelyn Scott and his brother John Scott. He was also uncle to many nieces and nephews. Twiggy was a US Army Veteran and owned and operated his own construction and remodeling company. He was a member of the Polish American Club in Clifton Heights and the American Legion Post #358. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles. He enjoyed bowling and tournament pool. A farewell tribute for relatives and friends was held on November 13th at O’Leary’s Funeral Home, 640 Springfield Road, Springfield, PA 19064 with a reading by Chaplin Reds. Burial was at Arlington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Veterans Hero’s Crossing: HPCU Living Center, 3461 Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19134

RIP Twiggy ... he is now at peace and hanging with his twin sister Mary once again! Just another example of why we must live our life to the fullest ... gone too soon :(

Twiggy and my younger brother Greg were very good friends. We knew the entire Scott family. It's hard to believe Twiggy is gone. Our old neighborhood is getting smaller and smaller. Rest in peace Twiggy.
