 Steven L. Lyras was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 12, 1952 to Louis Lyras and Esther Lyras (Demetriou). Steven died on April 7, 2016 in Palm Harbor, Florida. He was survived his sister Carole Sioutis of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania and his longtime friends Frank Shaffron and Verna Shaheen. Steven moved to Florida in 2013 from San Fransisco, California where he was a proud member of the local International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Aside from being a skilled electrician he was an avid skier and loved building anything with his hands.
A prayerful service will be conducted on a private boat in the Gulf of Mexico where Steven’s remains will be scattered at sea.
