I dated John senior year in high school and we went to the senior prom together. We continued to date a year after school he then went into the Army. We stayed friends for several years after. You'll never find a better friend or a man who was more of a gentleman then John was. He also had patience while trying to teach me to drive on his "hot rod" chevy malibu with a hearst shifter. Kept drifting back on Bishop Ave. hill at the Baltimore Pk. intersection, and he never lost his patience with me. I lost it with myself. :) He is missed.
