Ken Woods

Kenneth W. Woods, age 71, a resident of Cape May Court House formerly of Springfield passed away on January 10, 2024. 

Ken was born in Philadelphia to Franklin and Dorothea (Jones) Woods. He was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and worked for the United States Postal Service until his retirement. Ken was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan. He enjoyed crabbing, fishing and traveling. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Ken was a loving father, grandfather and brother who will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. 

Predeceased by his wife, Debra (Schwarzman) Woods and son, Kenneth J. Woods. 

Survived by his daughter, Kristen (Tom) Kelly; grandchildren, Faith, Shane and Kenneth Jr.; sister, Pamela (Bill) Lutz. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Sorry to hear of Kenneth Woods death. I did not know him, we had a large class of 800+ but I am sure Ken was a great guy.

You no longer have to worry about him as he is at peace with the Lord in Heaven.

Hung out a lot together when we were younger down in secane he was so much fun honest and a loyal friend I'm sure his family will miss him dearly may God give you peace and comfort in this time of loss

I did not know Ken personally; but I do remember him. He seemed very quiet & kind. Seeing all these posts just confirms that thought. It's always sad to see the loss of a classmate. May his family find peace in all their memories!
